News Americas, NEW YORK, NY, Fri. Aug. 18, 2017: Soft or hard-shell tacos are Mexican in origin but  I see them as the  “canvas” fit for a Caribbean twist.

For example, they are great for breakfast, snacks , lunch or supper, filled with Ackee and codfish, or codfish salad topped with salsa, or Escoveitched Fish, Jerk Chicken Or Jerk Pork, Fish Fillet or Shrimp.
