Leading the conversations – which includes interviews, performance highlights, film footage and audience questions – are renowned Caribbean broadcast pioneers Dave Elcock and Eric St. Bernard, as well as, international photojournalist Colin “Soulboy” Williams. •	Friday, June 22 at 8p.m. Hitmaker Rawlston Charles, owner of Charlie’s Calypso City record store in Brooklyn and founder of the legendary Charlie’s Records, a famous independent record label established in the 1970s that produced some of the Caribbean’s greatest calypso hits.

CaribPR Wire, LONDON, England, Fri. Mar. 9, 2012: Following the sudden shocking death of West Indies international cricketer, Runako Morton, in a car accident last Sunday, March 4th, the Caribbean has been in a state of mourning for an enormously popular cricketer whose career spanned 17 years at the regional, national and international levels.

In light of last weekend’s tragic events, a number of high-profile, past and present West Indies international cricketers have held talks and elected to set up a Runako Morton Tribute Fund Auction initiative, in memory of Morton, who died when his car lost control and slammed into a pole in Trinidad.

The fundraising initiative, led by West Indies international cricket all-rounder Dwayne Bravo and West Indies cricket captain Darren Sammy, will include prized, signed memorabilia from leading international cricketers and will kick off via the players’ official Twitter and Facebook accounts next Friday, March16th, ahead of the first West Indies vs Australia ODI in St Vincent.

The initiative is set to be supported by a number of other high-profile players including Fidel Edwards, Kieran Powell, Carlos Brathwaite, Pedro Collins and Rayad Emrit.

“We felt what Runako’s family need at this time is the knowledge and comfort of knowing that they have our unwavering support and we felt an auction of prized, signed memorabilia would be a wonderful way to make known, what an important role Runako played as a teammate and a friend,” Bravo stated.

“It is important to us that his name and his memory live on. We want his family to know that although he is gone, he is not forgotten, and we hope cricket fans around the world will join us in supporting this initiative and allow us to bring forth something positive from such a tragic event,” Captain Sammy added.

The initiative will be managed by both Bravo and Sammy’s Agent, Emma Everett, and all proceeds from the auction will be donated to the Morton family.

Fans may participate in the “live” auction next Friday, March 16th, by following the players on their official Twitter accounts: @newbigdog (Dwayne Bravo) and @darrensammy88 (Darren Sammy) or via Dwayne Bravo’s fan page: Official Dwayne Bravo.

Runako Morton played in 15 Tests and 56 one-day internationals, with his last West Indies appearance coming against Australia in a Twenty20 match in 2010. He leaves behind a wife and three young children.

For further inquiries on the Runako Morton Tribute Fund Auction or to make a contribution, please contact Emma Everett via agent@officialdwaynebravo.com.

Feb. 1, 2012: As if winning the Caribbean T20 tournament as part of the championship Trinidad and Tobago “Red Force” cricket team and being member of a star-studded Sydney Sixers squad that went onto win this year’s glittering Australian Big Bash title, much to the delight of his millions of fans and followers worldwide wasn’t enough, the energetic, high-profile West Indian international cricketer, Dwayne Bravo, hasn’t simply been sitting back relaxing during a rare few days off in his hectic schedule.

Instead, accompanied by his agent and close friend, Grammy-award winning international superstar Beenie Man, the charismatic Bravo has been back in the studio, busy recording a hit new single which was released late Monday evening via Trinidad’s leading stations, Slam 100.5FM and Synergy TV, causing a media and fan frenzy over the catchy new track.

But Bravo, nicknamed the “Caribbean Powerhouse,” hasn’t stopped there. The exciting new Dwayne Bravo Surprise-A-Super-Fan initiative is also becoming an enormous hit with his supporters around the world after Bravo and his team decided to show his deep appreciation for his global fan base by surprising unsuspecting “Dwayne Bravo Super Fans,” nominated for a Bravo Surprise Visit by their friends and family. The sporting celebrity stated that he wants to use the “Surprise-A-Super-Fan” initiative to “inspire” people to reach for the same goals he has worked towards all his life, and to give something back to his fans for their years of unwavering support.

His management team have also put into place a carefully constructed social media campaign ahead of his much-anticipated official website launch, with the Brand Bravo campaign set to include exciting competition giveaways from sponsors, signed memorabilia from Bravo himself and ongoing updates on the sporting megastar’s cricketing successes and his forthcoming commercial projects, including an exclusive new clothing line set to launch in 2012.

Despite a hectic schedule and a multitude of ventures being developed under the shining star of Brand Bravo, the gifted 28 year-old cricketing all-rounder remains humble, down-to-earth and certain about one thing: cricket remains his greatest priority and biggest love; his determination to get back into the West Indies uniform being his most crucial focus.
The hit new single by Dwayne Bravo and Beenie Man, “Bad Man Soca,” is out now! Listen to the tune for your chance to win exclusive, autographed memorabilia via Dwayne Bravo’s official Twitter and Facebook pages. Sponsors, advertisers, media, international leagues and tournaments seeking partnerships with Bravo are urged to contact his Agent, Emma Everett via: agent@officialdwaynebravo.com
