Jophan Porter, who is in the U.S. illegally, allegedly stole a New York man’s identity to get a job as a flight attendant with American Eagle Airlines.

The judge ordered him to be held on a $1 million bond.

Officials said he’s in the country illegally from Guyana and will be deported once the case is over.
