News Americas, WASHINGTON, D.C., Mon. June 20, 2011: A 51-year-old Jamaican man has made the Most Wanted list of the U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement, News Americas has learnt.
Hubert Thompson Downer is on the list, wanted for illegal re-entry as an aggravated felon and possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
U.S. ICE officials say Downer also goes by the name Michael David Reid, David George Johnson or Calvin Peter Green and is a dark skinned, 6’2″, 160-pound native of Montego Bay, Jamaica.
His last known location was in Owings Mills, Maryland.
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of fugitive Downer is urged to immediately contact the local Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in the U.S. or call the national hotline at 1-866-DHS-2-ICE.
