June 12, 2013: A helicopter flies over the Hearst Tower, on Eight Ave, between 57th & 58th streets, in Midtown Manhattan on Wednesday June 12, 2013, as two maintenance workers were stranded 500 feet above the streets for nearly two hours, after their work platform snapped in the center.
