News Americas, NEW YORK, NY, Weds. Dec. 23, 2015: Christmas, Boxing Day, Old Years! What’s better than Caribbean sun, sea and sand to rejuvenate and prepare for the New Year? If you are a multi-million dollar celebrity with bucks trailing behind left and right, then celebrating a luxurious holiday comes easy and every year, you can bet these five Caribbean islands will enjoy their share of celebrities. They are:

1: Barbados: Celebrities seem to love the sands of Barbados, especially the “Gold Coast” and the luxuries offered up by Sandy Lane Resort. Some of those who make the annual sojourn yearly include X Factor mogul Simon Cowell and his partner Lauren Silverman; Topshop heiress Chloe Green; Sir Philip Green, a British businessman and the Chairman of the Arcadia Group, a retail giant that includes Topshop, Topman, Wallis, Evans, Burton, Miss Selfridge, Dorothy Perkins, Outfit and previously BHS; as well the island’s own star, Rihanna.

Made In Chelsea’s Jamie Laing is also a regular visitor during the festive season, as is fellow reality star Lizzie Cundy and Sarah-Jane Crawford, English television and radio presenter, actress, voice-over artist, and DJ best known for her radio work with BBC Radio 1Xtra and television work with E! Network. Hollywood Actor Mark Walberg has also vacationed there as well as well as The Hills Stephanie Pratt.

2: St. Barts: This French Caribbean island always attracts a high calibre of celebrities year round and especially during the holidays. The island’s A-List clientele often rent private villas instead of hotel suites.

Russell Simmons owns a home there and hosts an annual Christmas party on the island for the last 16 years, which has been attended by everyone from Leonard DiCaprio to Tobey Maguire. Made In Chelsea star Spencer Matthews also vacations there and Roman Abramovich, who owns a multi-million pound villa on the island, and P. Diddy both vacation there and often hold enormous parties on their yachts that draw in top notch guests.

Denzel Washington, Victoria Silvstedt and Bjorn Borg all have done their Christmas vacation there along with and Donatella Versace, Jon Bon Jovi, Jay Z,  Beyoncé, actress Naomi Watts and Kourtney Kardishan.

3: Jamaica: Jamaica also attracts its fair share of celebrities. British actress, comedian, and writer Emma Thompson and her husband Greg Wise have spent the holidays at Round Hill Hotels and Villas in Montego Bay where designer Ralph Lauren owns a villa as have Scottish actor Ewan McGregor, Actress Michelle Williams and athlete Lance Armstrong.

4: Turks & Caicos: Parrot Cay, a luxury private island resort in the Turks and Caicos, is a favorite for celebrities. Bruce Willis, Keith Richards, Christie Brinkley and Donna Karan all have homes on the island and they often holiday there. In 2012, Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt and their six children spent their Christmas holiday on the island and Justin Bieber took a trip to the resort with his friend Hailey Baldwin to ring in the New Year last year.

5: The Bahamas: The Bahamas is a celebrity magnet but is not as hopping with celebrities for the Christmas holidays, even though many like Sean Connery, Johnny Depp, Nicolas Cage, and Julia Roberts own homes on Paradise Island. But stars who have rung in the New Year there in recent years include Zoe Kravitz, whose father Lenny owns a villa on the little-visited island of Eleuthera;  English fashion model, actress and singer Cara Delevigne as well as South African model  Candice Swanepoel.
