News Americas, NEW YORK, NY, Tues. Sept. 13, 2016: A Caribbean roots designer who grew up immersed in his Latin culture literally left tongues wagging after going to the dogs last week at New York Fashion Week.

Anthony Rubio, who was born in New York City but is of Puerto Rican ancestry, has delved into the world of pet fashions and earning for himself the title of Master Pet Couturier.

After becoming the first pet fashion designer to showcase at New York’s Fashion Week in February of 2012, Rubio returned again for Spring 2017.
