News Americas, NEW YORK, NY, Tues. June 27, 2017: A Caribbean singer joined The Lumineers, Jack Garratt, Macy Gray and Michael Franti last night in NYC to pay tribute to Grammy-winning and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, U2 bassist Adam Clayton.

Jamaican conscious reggae singer Chronixx joined the NYC MusiCares MAP Fund Benefit Concert at the PlayStation Theater in New york City to pay tribute to the well known Irish-born bass player, whose work is distinct on songs such as “Gloria,” “New Year’s Day,” “Bullet the Blue Sky,”  “With or Without You” and “Magnificent.”

The 24-year-old reggae star performed two songs off his highly anticipated debut album ‘Chronology,’ which is set to drop  on July 7th on his label Soul Circle (Virgin/Universal distribution).

The album will feature tracks like his famous ‘Smile Jamaica,’ ‘Spanish Town Rocking,’ ‘Skankin Sweet,’ ‘Ghetto Paradise,’ ‘Country Boy,’ ‘I Can,’ ‘Legend,’ ‘Selassie Children,’ ‘Black is Beautiful,’ ‘Majesty,’ ‘Loneliness’ and ‘I Know Love.’

Chronixx will continue to tour Europe, North America and Japan throughout the summer and will also join Lauryn Hill and Nas on their Fall 2017 Powernomics tour.
