The latest victim is a 28-year-old Sangre Grande man who was shot dead while sleeping next to his 17-year-old girlfriend in their apartment during the early morning hours yesterday.
Last Saturday night, the cousin of Olympic Gold medalist Keshorn Walcott was also killed in the continued crime spree across the republic.
