News Americas, MIAMI, FL, Weds. Aug. 3, 2011: Nationals in Cuba, the Dominican Republic, and possibly Bahamas are being warned to watch out for Tropical Storm Emily.
Tropical Storm Emily was some 200 miles southeast of Puerto Rico and moving west. It is forecast to become a low level hurricane in Florida this coming weekend.
If Emily does come ashore, the storm would be the second this season to hit the US.
