News Americas, FLUSHING, NY, Weds. Aug. 29, 2012: Serena and Venus Williams continued their winning streak at the U.S. Open on Tuesday, easing past American alternates Lindsay Lee-Waters and Megan Moulton-Levy 6-4, 6-0 to win their doubles match.

The Williams sisters converted five of their 11 break point chances to seal the win in 63 minutes as they continue their bid to capture their 14th Grand Slam team title and third at Flushing Meadows in Queens, NY.

Meanwhile, Argentine’s Juan Del Potro won over France’s Florent Serra 6-4, 7-6, 6-4 at the Louis Armstrong Stadium to move on to the second round of the tourney.
