This week, an autopsy by the El Paso County Medical Examiner ruled the death of 55-year-old Cuban detainee Geraldo Lunas Campos a homicide, caused by asphyxia due to neck and torso compression while he was being restrained by law enforcement at the same Camp East Montana facility.
