Many women in Caribbean dancehalls and playing mas at carnivals this year don’t seem to mind as it’s all about outdoing each other and showing off their skills at being able to “Split Tn The Middle.”

The singer recently told Loop Barbados that he is glad that the track is getting ‘Lucian bashment soca,’ also known as ‘Lucian Kudoro, Valley Segment or Dennery Segment,’ more acceptance and a greater presence in the music industry.

He also urged fans to look for a newer track titled ‘Bend de banana’ and a music video soon for Split in de Middle.
