INGREDIENTS

1/2 lbs. dried Channa or 1 tin of Chickpeas/Garbanzo

4 potatoes peeled and cut into one-inch pieces

1 head of garlic peeled and chopped

1 small onion chopped

1 Scotch Bonnet pepper finely chopped

2 tbsp Curry powder

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 Tsp Garam Masala

½ tsp turmeric

1/2 Tsp Salt or Salt to taste

¼ can coconut milk.

1/4 cup water
