Bruce Bowker’s Carib Inn in Kralendijk, Bonaire has the honor of being named as the top bargain hotel for the Caribbean this year. The resort caters largely to those diving lovers who are seeking a diving vacation and offers specialized personnel throughout the resort to help with this sport including PADI certified instructors. But other guests also stay at the Inn, owned by Bruce and Liz Bowker, just to relax and enjoy Bonaire. There are only 11 units here with full kitchen and bath and rates go at around USD 169 per night.
