Rihanna
Rihanna continues to shine.

News Americas, NEW YORK, NY, Fri. Mar. 28, 2014: There’s seemingly no stopping Barbados-born Grammy singer Rihanna.

On the heels of being named Fashion Icon of the Year, Rihanna on Wednesday led the nominations for the inaugural iHeartRadio Music Awards.

Nominations were based on results from the newly-minted iHeartRadio Chart and are largely fan based.

Rihanna, 26, led the pack with seven nods across five categories, including artist of the year, song of the year and best collaboration – all for the song Stay.

The awards will be presented by Clear Channel Media and Entertainment and scheduled to air on May 1st on NBC at 8 p.m. from the Shrine Arena in LA.

The announcement comes as Rihanna put her LA home on the market for some 15 million dollars – a year after an obsessed fan, made it into the house and allegedly slept in a bed he believed was the singer’s.
