News Americas, NEW YORK, NY, Fri. Aug. 1, 2014: Jamaican American singer Sean Kingston says he will be suing TMZ.

The singer’s Tweet comes as TMZ reported a flatbed truck rolled through the intersection of Hollywood and Vine, and hauled his Lamborghini away because Kingston stopped making payments six months ago.

But TMZ took down the story that Kingston said is “false”

“All my haters go look at tmz!.. They took there false story down!!.. And I’m suing them for slandering my brand..,” the Beautiful Girls tweeted.

Kingston’s new album, ‘Back 2 Life,’ is currently out, featuring ‘Beat It’ with Chris Brown and Wiz Kalifa among others.
