The Tuscany Resort

This luxurious boutique hotel in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos took the 23rd spot on the list.  Rates here can start at over USD 1,000 per night and guests rave about the great staff. Meanwhile, the TripAdvisor award for world’s best hotel went to Viroth’s Hotel in Siem Reap, Cambodia while in second place was the Tulemar Bungalows & Villas in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica.
