This American Celebrity Visits Haiti

News Americas, PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti, Sun. May 17, 2015: Top American celebrity, Beyonce made her way to Haiti Saturday to “meet some of the people who were affected by” by the 2010 earthquake that struck the Caribbean nation.

The Queens Bee, according to Haiti U.N. mission spokeswoman Sophie Boutaud de la Combe, paid the visit to look at the progress made since the earthquake five years ago.

The 20-time Grammy winner reportedly Haiti with Guyana-born Baroness Valerie Amos, the United Nations’ humanitarian affairs chief and emergency relief coordinator as part of the #BeyGood mission.
