Trump’s ‘America First’ policies threaten Newfoundland’s last paper mill

People in the Western Newfoundland mill town of Corner Brook fear that the paper mill could close after the Trump administration levied countervailing tariffs of 9.93 per cent on the mill’s parent company, Quebec-based Kruger earlier this month.
