News Americas, PHILADELPHIA, PA, Saturday, April 25, 2015: Team USA men and women’s 200-meters relay teams emerged the victor in the exciting 4×200 meters USA versus the World relays held Saturday at the 121st running of the Penn Relays.

The US men’s team of Joe Morris, Maurice Mitchell, Ameer Webb and Wallace Spearmon helped their side to a win in 1:20.64 ahead of Jamaica’s 1:21.45. The Jamaican men’s team included Jermaine Brown, Rasheed Dwyer, Jason Livermore and O’Shane Bailey.

Surprisingly, Guyana men’s team of Adam Harris, Winston George, Jeremy Bascom and Stephan James finished third in a time of 1:24.42.

In the women’s showdown, the US’ Leslie Cole, Tawanna Meadows, Cambrya Jones and Porscha Lucas held back Jamaica’s Shericka Williams, Sherone Simpson, Schillonie Calvert and Natasha Morrison to take the win in a very close race of 1:31.98.

The Caribbean All-Stars of Debbie Ferguson-McKenzie, Anthonique Strachan, Lanece Clarke and Sheniqua Ferguson were third in a time of 1:32.40.
