One Of Puerto Rico’s Most Wanted Busted

News Americas, SAN JUAN, PR, Tues. Nov. 3, 2015: A Puerto Rico man who was on the top ten most wanted on the island has been busted.

Rafael Delgado Cirilo was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Puerto Rico Violent Offenders Task Force in San Juan, Puerto Rico in an underground room.

Delgado Cirilo was featured as one of the PRVOTF top ten most wanted in Puerto Rico pending Federal and State charges pending murder, weapon possessions and drug charges. The U.S Marshals found the most wanted man after information led them to an address where he was hiding as a fugitive.

Delgado Cirilo was found after it was noticed a tile was removed off the floor. This revealed a tunnel that lead to an underground room. At the time of the arrest a significant amount of marihuana and cash was seized by the Puerto Rico Police Department.
