June 18, 2019:  On this 18th day of Caribbean American Heritage Month 2019, did you know that the U.S. underwent immigration law changes in 1965 designed to focus on the reunification of Caribbean families? These laws lifted national origin country quotas, which ultimately led to the increase of Caribbean immigrants coming to the United States.
